Callout lists provided with automated rota facilities.

The callout screen display will include secondary call information. A comments facility for sites allows the entry of data, such as ignored alarms. Automatic start and finish dates.

Callout lists will provide for up to 24 skills for each site.

A hold facility will offer the queuing of calls allowing the passing of multiple calls.

A General telephone directory

Allocated callouts can be output to a printer.

The capacity will be up to 3,000 sites and 2000 staff

Alarm reminder to allow programming of general alarms

All transactions, including telephone and pager calls together with processed Callouts will be recorded and be stored as date and timed log files allowing retrieval and analysis.
