EMERGENCY ALARMS
An emergency alarm is provided that can be set-up as a "Speed dial" on a mobile telephone.
If a lone worker requires immediate assistance, by pressing and holding this button the emergency call is dialled.
The Lone worker system monitors for these calls, if a call is received the incoming call is processed for Caller Identification.
The caller's number is then translated from the system database to give the callers name.
The caller is also asked to record details such as location and problems as additional security.
An alarm screen is displayed on the system together with an audible alarm.
