 The front screen provides the access to "Seek"
The three buffers store the
current tasks:
First number is total in
buffer, the second is number over alarm time.
"Pending" is work
entered into Seek awaiting issue.
"Holding" is work
to be issued but awaiting acceptance by staff. .
"Allocated" is
work under way and awaiting completion.
"Lone Working"
are Lone Worker monitoring option waiting.
• CUSTOMISED WORK STATIONS
Work stations can be customised for locations with tailored
displays and screens. e.g. for Control rooms, Customer Service and managers.
• INFORMATION LINKING
Facilities can be included to allow site information to be
viewed. This could be from a mainframe and imported into Seek via the company network or
it might part of a general site database. This can be viewed within Seek without the need
to enter the information into Seek or search through paper records.
• DELAYED WORK AND COMMENTS
Work and comments can be programmed for future dates, these
then pop-up at appropriate dates avoiding work being forgotten or resorting to paper
"Reminders" .
• INTEGRATION
Link to computer telephony, status displays and main frame.
Distribute information via E mail, fax server. Give manager access for status assessment
and staff manning. Report across Intranet or to networked P.c.'s |
